Minimizing & Mitigating Risk-Considerations for HR Professionals
Mismanagement of key areas within the Human Resources realm ultimately leads to organizational
losses and/or lawsuits. In this workshop, participants learn how to develop a plan
to detect, prevent and manage risk.
We offer workshops on a wide range of employment related topics. Each workshop in
the series deals with a particular topic. The workshops are informative and they
provide resources and tools that can be easily utilized.
The AODA became law in 2005. The goal of the AODA is to ensure that all Ontarians
with disabilities have full access to goods, services, facilities, accommodation,
employment, building structures, and premises by January 1, 2025. The AODA applies
to organizations in both the public and private sectors. It sets standards that require
organizations to identify, remove and prevent barriers for people with disabilities
in key areas of daily living.
