Minimizing & Mitigating Risk- Considerations for HR Professionals
In the first six months of 2011, approximately 1500 human rights complaints were
filed in Ontario; 75% of the complaints were related to employment. In this introductory
course, human resources professionals discover how to avoid becoming one of these
statistics. Participants learn about effective tools and strategies that can be implemented
within their organizations to prevent and mitigate problems that occur as a result
of deficient employment practices and non-compliance with legal requirements.
