1. Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation “IASR” Full Day Workshop For Decision
We have developed a full-day Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation “IASR”
Workshop, to assist organizations in complying with the AODA.
The IASR applies to all organizations that have a minimum of one employee in Ontario.
Unlike the Customer Service Standard, there are many compliance dates; the dates
are dependent on the size and nature of the organization.

The IASR Workshop is designed to provide management, human resources and anyone involved
in AODA implementation with the knowledge and tools they need to comply with the
